The public hearing:
To share with the public what direct services Elderbridger is planning to provide through the Area Plan submitted to the state. These are services already being provided by Elderbridge but need a waiver from the State to provide them directly rather that subcontract them.
To advocate for and empower older adults, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities to pursue independent healthy lives.
