Stacia Timmer, Chief Executive Officer
Stacia comes to Elderbridge with over 20 years of human service experience. She graduated from Northwestern College of Orange City Iowa with a degree in Sociology and Psychology. She has experience in the mental health field, as well as the aging and disabilities network. She also worked as a long-term care ombudsman for the state of Iowa for several years. She has a great working knowledge of the aging population and is in tune with the ever-changing needs of older Iowans. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the programs and services that Elderbridge excels in providing to its clients. She lives in Spencer with her husband and their two sons. They enjoy attending their boys’ sporting events, boating, and camping.
Sandra Jackson, Chief Operations Officer
Sandra Jackson is the Chief Operating Officer for Elderbridge Agency on Aging.
She has over 30 years of human services experience including mental health, disabilities, substance disorders, and aging population. She has been with Elderbridge Agency on Aging since 2015, in a variety of roles and previously served as Director of LifeLong Links(2017-25). She oversees Agency operations and programs including supervision of staff in 4 office locations throughout Elderbridge's 29 County service area throughout Iowa. She is the lead for executing data reporting and analytics in WellSky to support the Agency’s Area Plan. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Northern Iowa and is a Certified Community Resource Specialist-Aging and Disabilities through Inform USA since 2015 and current member of Inform Iowa/Nebraska . Additionally, she has served on the Iowa Legal Aid Advisory Board Member and Meals on Wheels volunteer. She was a Donna K. Harvey Legacy Award recipient in 2023 which annually recognizes an Area Agency on Aging (AAA) staff member whose work has left a legacy through a dedication to excellence through community collaboration and leadership. She enjoys camping and fishing in her time off.
