Coming Soon! Elderbridge is accepting requests for proposals(RFPs) for home and community-based services(HCBS) from agencies and providers in our 29-county service area to assist those 60 and older in our communities. Personal care, chore, homemaker, transportation, respite care, and health promotion are examples of the indirect services provided through these sub-awards.
