Public Input Priorities Survey

Dear Elderbridge Friends,

We value the relationships and partnerships that we share with you our consumers, service providers, caregivers, community leaders, and other Iowans. Every Area Agency on Aging in

Iowa must complete an Area Plan every four years.

The Iowa Department on Aging directs this process. We are asking for you to help us identify priorities for the Area Plan by completing a survey.

2020 has been a challenging year for all Iowans. We know that challenges often bring opportunities. We see courage, perseverance, and kindness in so many Iowans that we talk and work with. Our agency has also found creative ways to serve communities because of the pandemic.
