Grateful for Elderbridge

When I was struggling financially and with my health, a friend told me that Elderbridge would help. 

They assigned a case manager (Emily) who:

o  assessed my needs

o  arranged for my lunch Monday through Friday

o  paid for basic lawncare

o  called me weekly to just see how I was doing

This went on for about 9 months until I was able to care for myself. I could not be more grateful for Elderbridge.
