First Citizens Charitable Foundation Awarded Elderbridge a Grant of $5,000

First Citizens Charitable Foundation awarded Elderbridge a grant of $5,000 on January 11, 2024. Funding from the foundation will be used to provide Congregate and Home Delivered Meals for older individuals who have the greatest economic need residing in First Citizens Bank locations. Tiffany Nonweiler and Allison Verstegen from First Citizen Bank presented the award to Jody Applegate, Healthy Aging Director on January 11, 2024, at the Elderbridge office in Mason City. First Citizens Charitable Foundation was established in 1995 for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes and has donated over $9 million to North Iowa and Minnesota community nonprofits.
