Clay County Community Foundation Awarded Elderbridge a $5000 Grant

The Clay County Community Foundation awarded Elderbridge a $5,000 grant for low-income seniors, caregivers, and adults with disabilities for client assistance. Funding will help pay for unmet needs including food, emergency shelter, co-pays on medication, minor home repairs to prevent falling, technology fees for a Lifeline, a Grandpad, and more to help consumers stay safe at home and combat loneliness, and isolation. On behalf of the Board of Directors, staff, and consumers Elderbridge serves, thank you Clay County Community Foundation for your generous gift and support of the Elderbridge mission.
