Audubon County Community Foundation Awarded Elderbridge Agency on Aging a $2000 Grant

Audubon County Community Foundation awarded Elderbridge Agency on Aging a $2,000 grant for Congregate and Home Delivered Meals. Funding from the foundation will be used to provide 200 hot meals for older adults who have the greatest economic need residing in Audubon County. On behalf of the Elderbridge Board of Directors, staff, and clients we serve thank you for your gift and support of the Elderbridge mission.
